Integrative Therapy Tailored to Your Needs
I offer therapy sessions designed to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. Each session is guided by your pace and your priorities, helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels meaningful and authentic.
Emotional & Mental Wellbeing
Life can sometimes feel heavy, overwhelming, or hard to navigate. In this space, we focus on understanding your emotions, building resilience, and reconnecting with your authentic self.
Anxiety & Stress – Gentle guidance to explore and manage feelings of worry, tension, or overwhelm, helping you find clarity and calm.
Low Mood & Depression – A compassionate space to explore sadness, loss of motivation, or feelings of emptiness, and to discover ways to reconnect with hope and purpose.
Overwhelm & Burnout – Helping you regain balance and energy during periods of intense pressure, exhaustion, or emotional depletion.
Grief & Loss – Support to navigate the difficult process of losing someone or something significant, offering understanding, empathy, and space to heal.
Emotional Regulation & Self-Understanding – Supporting you to better understand your emotional responses, notice patterns, and develop a gentler relationship with your inner world.
Trauma & Safety
Processing trauma takes courage, and having a safe, supportive space is essential. Together, we work gently to understand the impact of past experiences and support healing at your own pace.
Childhood Trauma & Adverse Experiences – Support for the lasting effects of early life experiences on emotional wellbeing, self-image, and relationships.
Domestic Abuse – Guidance and understanding for those recovering from abusive relationships, with a focus on safety, empowerment, and self-compassion.
Sexual Abuse – A confidential and supportive environment to process trauma and begin your journey toward recovery.
Emotional Abuse & Neglect – Compassionate guidance to rebuild self-worth and navigate the effects of past emotional harm.
Feeling Unsafe, Disconnected, or On Edge – Supporting you to understand trauma responses, reconnect with a sense of safety, and gently regulate your nervous system.
Self & Relationships
Life is deeply relational, with ourselves and with others. This area of therapy focuses on strengthening self-understanding, boundaries, and connection.
Self-Worth & Confidence – Helping you develop a stronger sense of value, self-compassion, and belief in your abilities.
People Pleasing – Support to notice patterns, set limits, and prioritise your own needs without guilt.
Boundaries – Guidance in recognising, understanding, and asserting healthy limits in personal and professional relationships.
Relationship Difficulties – Helping you navigate challenges with friends, family, or partners in a constructive and compassionate way.
Patterns in Relationships & Attachment – Exploring relational patterns and attachment styles, and how early experiences may continue to shape how you connect with others today.
